The SENDIT platform for the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor

The challenge: Freight on the CPEC route was booked by phone, with little tracking, a language barrier between Chinese, Pakistani and international parties, cargo-security and insurance gaps, and too few warehouses along the corridor.
Outcome: CPEC is where SENDIT started. The platform designed for it is the core of today's SENDIT platform, and the corridor planning shaped our network-design consultancy.

What we did

Designed the SENDIT 3PL super app and its full user flows: shippers, carrier companies, contractors, drivers and partners
Vehicle ordering, offers and bidding, and live tracking from pickup to delivery
English, Urdu and Chinese interfaces so every party works in its own language
Planned a corridor network of 14 hub locations, from Khunjerab in the north to Gwadar and Karachi on the coast

Total facility and security solutions venture, Kingdom of Bahrain

The challenge: A Bahrain-based family business group wanted to enter building services as one accountable partner, instead of the usual chain of separate contractors for civil works, MEP, HVAC, automation, security and interiors.
Outcome: A board-ready plan and a working digital-twin demo that let the client present the venture to partners and investors with evidence rather than slides.

Human-verified evaluation data for Urdu Nastaliq

The challenge: Frontier AI models read historical Urdu script with confidence, but no verified ground truth existed to measure how often they are wrong.
Outcome: About 70% of lines contained a model mistake, many with no doubt flagged. The sample report and JSONL are public.

Sourced 124 public-domain titles, 49,421 pages, in six South Asian languages
Typed three dense dictionary pages (1908) blind, by hand, as ground truth
